The company was born in 1998, and sprang from the merger of a 30-year experienced company, specialised in ferric and non-ferric flat products tranformation machinery, and a more than 32-year experienced large company, specialised in the manufacturing field of all kinds of welded tubes and a world leader in manufacturing high frequency welding systems.
